How to Cancel an Order

Before Shipping

Cancel via Your Account
- Log in to your Binacart account.
- Navigate to “My Orders” and select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click “Cancel Order” and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
Cancel via Customer Support
- If you prefer, you can contact our customer service team to request a cancellation.
- Email us at support@binacart.com or call us at +123-456-7890. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

After Shipping

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the order after receiving it according to our return policy.

Cancellation Timeframe

Immediate Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them for a full refund.
Standard Cancellation: After 2 hours but before the order has been processed for shipping, you may cancel your order. Refunds will be issued, but please note that a cancellation fee may apply.

Refunds

Full Refund: Orders canceled within 2 hours of placement will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Orders canceled after processing may be subject to a cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once the order has been processed.
Digital products, downloads, and services are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

Changes to an Order

If you wish to make changes to your order instead of canceling it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
